Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Jastrok ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including businesses integrating with the Meta WhatsApp Business Cloud API through our platform.

2. Description of Service

Jastrok is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides a shared team inbox, AI-assisted reply drafting, and automated webhook handling for WhatsApp Business communications via the official Meta Cloud API. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@jastrok.com.

4. Meta Platform Compliance

Your use of Jastrok to send and receive WhatsApp messages is subject to Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform policies, including the WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta Platform Terms. You agree to comply with all applicable Meta policies. Violations may result in suspension of your WhatsApp Business Account by Meta, which is outside our control.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotions in violation of WhatsApp's policies.
• Engage in illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive practices.
• Violate any applicable laws, including GDPR and other data protection regulations.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
• Interfere with the security or integrity of our infrastructure.

6. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may be offered under a paid subscription. Fees are outlined on the pricing page and are billed in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, designs, trademarks, and content, is the intellectual property of Jastrok and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during your subscription. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jastrok shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or Meta's platform policies. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and, where applicable, the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Athens, Greece.
